1. Open an account:
After your account is approved, you will be sent a confirmation email or contacted by the phone. At the same time, we would send the catalogs to you for more dedtail of products.
2. Place an order:
For placing an order, please email to sales@bestcreation.us, or fax to (626)350-0322. We would process your order asap.
3. Order and Reorder:
Minimum order requirements - Opening order is $100 and reorder is $50. Wholesalers must order in minimum quantities as we listed on the price list and the catalogs.
4. Backorders:
Backorders will automatically cancel when total amount is under $50, please reorder these items.
5. Payments: Orders must be paid by credit card or prepaid.
*Credit card with a declined status will be contacted for alternate payments. If the card does not become approved within 30 days, or we are not supplied with another payment, the order will be cancelled along with any special related to the order.
*Returned checks: a $25 fee will be assesed for any returned checks and customer will pay all costs of collection associated with the order.
*Terms: Best Creation, Inc no longer offers net 30 terms. Accounts that are overdue 5 day's beyond existing terms will have their trems revoked and not reinstated.
6. Shipments:
Shipping is UPS ground, FOB - EL MONTE, CA. Shipping is determined by the weight and destination. Actual freight charges will be billed to your credit card.
7. Returns: All returns must within 7 days of order receipt, have a return authorization number and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
8. Order discrepancies or damages:
All invoice discrepanies must be reported within 7 days of order receipt. Any damages must be accompanied by photos, and we may ask you to return damaged items for the evaluation.
